  • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

  • No parties, excessive noise or events are allowed.
  • Quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
  • No fireworks of any type are permitted.
  • Children allowed.

Pets

  • This is a dog-friendly property. Dogs are permitted; additional consideration may be given upon request.
  • All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home.
  • All dogs must be on a leash (when not contained in fully fenced yards) to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area.
  • Please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags.
  • We ask that dogs are kept off furniture.

Fees and Payments

  • Rental fees include a non-refundable $59 Limited Damage Waiver, in lieu of a security deposit.
  • All stays less than 90 days will incur State and Local taxes, which are required and cannot be waived by iTrip Chattanooga.
